Kelly Lynch Ring Owner of Vital Earth TraditionsDid you know that your skin is your largest organ? And you probably never realized that what you put on your skin goes directly into your bloodstream (your skin has no filtering mechanism) – meaning toxins from chemicals are taking the direct route into your body as well. Using organic, natural skin care treatments and products protects you and your body!

Our mission is to provide you with natural and organic products made with the freshest natural ingredients. All of our creations, including our natural skin care and kitchen lines are made by hand to insure quality and integrity.

The Vital Earth Path

Sometimes, life throws you a curveball and you have to find a way to either get out of the way, or reach out and take charge. That’s what happened to me when one of my children was suddenly diagnosed with a serious medical issue. Turns out she is (in layman’s terms) hypersensitive to the chemicals found in products and food items that most of us would not have a problem with. Soap? Forget about it. Lotion? Can’t touch it. Hormones in food products? Dangerous reactions.

Once we understood her medical issues, we realized that genetically, nearly everyone in our family is somewhat sensitive … just not quite as sensitive as she is. I needed to find products that we could all use.

Back in 1997 when this first became our family reality, the options were limited. There simply weren’t a lot of organic, natural, chemical and hormone-free skin care products that we could use which would still keep our family safe and healthy. So I decided that – given enough time to research, and enough knowledge to work from – I would create natural skin care products that our entire family could use on a daily basis.

Vital Earth Today

With more than 15 years of research, knowledge, and production under our belts, we now know that the products we have developed are exactly what human skin needs to be healthy and protected. You’ll find all of our products to still meet the highest of standards that we set for ourselves when we were developing them for our hypersensitive daughter. They are natural, organic, healthy and chemical-free. They are exactly what your skin and your body needs – without all the scary stuff.

Today, when I’m not whipping, brewing or studying you can find me playing with my family, taxiing my 3 Ringletts (as we fondly call them) from point A to point B to point C … herding my 4 dogs, saving the 1 cat from the 4 dogs, and playing my harp at the end of the day to induce inner peace.
