Essential Oils :
During the first 3 months of pregnancy it's best to avoid essential oils all together.

These Essential Oils can be used diluted after the first trimester of pregnancy:
Lavender and Chamomile

These Essential Oils can be used with extreme caution, sparingly and diluted after the 1st trimester of pregnancy: Geranium, Jasmine, Neroli, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, Rose Atter

During Labor: Application of essential oil's on the perineum before childbirth is not recommended. Check with your medical provider before using any essential oils during childbirth.

Essential Oils to avoid during pregnancy: Almond-Bitter, Angelica, Aniseed, Bay, Basil, Birch, Black Pepper, Camphor, Cassia, Cedarwood, Celery Seed, Clary Sage, Cinnamon, Citronella, Clove, Cypress, Elemi, Fennel, Ginger, Hyssop, Juniper, Lemon Balm, Lovage, Marjoram, Mugwort, Myrrh, Nutmeg, Oregano, Parsley, Peppermint, Pennyroyal, Pine, Rosemary, Rue, Sage, Sassafras, Savory, Spearmint, Spikenard, Tansy, Tarragon, Tea Tree, Thyme, Thuja, Wintergreen, Wormwood, Yarrow, and Ylang Ylang.
