Acne, Hormonal Acne & The Dreaded Adult Acne
This such a painful and embarrassing subject for so many people, including myself. I have off and on suffered from hormonal acne and currently discovered I also had a Vitamin A deficiency that was contributing to my situation. I still have occasional set backs but not many. I owe the majority of that to a web site called High On Health and the woman who runs it named Fran Kerr. Her web-site and blog are all about acne and she has apparently devoted her life to this subject.

Her site does also recommend various products, herbs and talks about some essential oils and acne.
